The Workbook for this teaching sessions are in pdf format. The Workbook may be copied, printed, and distributed for those listening to the corresponding audio teaching sessions.

This file can be downloaded by clicking on it. It will download to your computer and then you must unzip the file to access the MP3 audio files and pdf Workbook.

Directions for un-zipping your file:

1. Locate where your file is downloaded on your computer.

2. Right-click on the ZIP file and select "Extract All". Once you select "Extract All," you will get a new pop-up menu.

3. In the pop-up menu, select a location to extract the files. Then push OK.

4. Finally click "Extract" and the files will be located in the location you chose.
